Gym daze cause im always in a daze after gym

taken after wednesday's spinning class with jos omg nearly died. new instructor to replace jennifer who didnt come cause she was overseas hahahaha. different instructor, different style. no preference but rajeev sounds more stable hahaha girls tend to get overexcited lolol

taken after freaking chest day (yesterday) and I ALMOST DIED. OMG immaaa weaklingggggggg ): ): ): my left shoulder/??? feels weird when doing heavy like i cant extend fully. ANYONE ELSE HAS THAT PROBLEM? HELP?????? so it was drop sets. 4 - 8 - 12 - 16 - 20 and the weights on the olympic bar / side was 15, 10, 5, 2.5, empty bar. you think v easy right. we so weak right. you try?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!!!!!!!!!! the sets were kinda done in succession so one whole set has 60reps? wtf when you reach the empty bar. it feels like a tonne -_- dont know how i managed to survive that. after that we moved onto other stuff and chopchop and done. lol.

The seag crew has been in a training camp since IDK when hahahahaha last friday? so today kinda marks the 8th day. been pretty deprived of them ): and i think they miss us too! cause we're so used to seeing each other almost daily. no wait, it IS daily, what almost daily LOL.

so anyway this are a few pictures i managed to get during the team get together / team bonding / team dinner lol. they caught frozen was i was freezing my ass off in the office. hahahah im usually wrapped up like a burrito in the office :/ in jacket and i'd wear my hoodie if i could but it's disallowed. ok im digressing. this picture is with yiling, fel, myself and jos ahahaha cause we were sitting next to each other. so yeaaaa. and felllll went to cut her hair omg??!?!?!?! hahahah looks rehder nice on her i must say. i dont remmeber myself looking this nice when i went to HfH 2013 ): ): ): life sucks HAHAHAHAHA but yiling is adamant that it looks nice-.- jos and i and somehow my arm looks MASSIVE here heheheheeheh not a bad thing :D

okay lah cannot wait for them to end trng camp but then that prolly means they going seagames already ): another 10 days of not seeing them. more attempts at drowning ourselves in kallang boohoo ): need to master the k1 and how to sprint properly on it. hahahahaha sure i can paddle but only leisurely lol when stroke rate starts to pick up. my boat goes wibble wobble super unstable (i tried to make that rhyme, it rhymes, right?)

spent money again sigh looking at my bank acct savings hahahaha it's depressing. sitting at the desk, shaking my legs right now, looking outside the window. it's a pretty gloomy afternoon. done only 50% of my work, gna leave the rest for tomorrow just because I CAN. no idea why im in this job other than the fact that i can go for trngs on time hahaha i know whats my goal and aim in life, im just not working towards it because i keep thinking i am young. ok i am quite young but not that young anymore. all of MM's friends are 20 :/ as in the kids lah but the older ones are like 30+. so we're kinda stuck in the middle, the young oldies or the old youngsters. whatever we call it.

life's been pretty mundane lately. nothing excites me much except for my shopping hauls HAHAHAH. bought a ciate minimanimonth set yesterday and already painted my nails hehehehe. being the badass that i am, i skipped the numbers and jumped straight to one that i liked LOL it's a deep creme(??) pink and i paired it with snowglobe, which is a holo flakie? is that how yall describe it. hahaha. ah well. maybe i shld post my new nails each time i am done with it. check back later for my current nails.

whined about work yesterday and a friend(?) told me to take it as im serving scoops of happiness out to people. well, never thought about it that way before. i guess she made sense and that kinda motivated me during my 4hour shift last night. AWWWWWWW thanks <3 you know who you are.

only been er a week since pay day SHIT NOT EVEN 1 WEEK and i have kinda overspent already TMD hahahahah cause i bought games for MM lolol looking for trouble. thank god i already settled his xmas present. i have 1.5 days of leave left. must fully utilise it man. prolly gna take it on the friday after Play when they come back from seag muahahahahahhaha.

bought so far:
-tons of clothes for asos. i have enough NEW clothes, unopened ones for xmas, new year, cny, vday, anniversary. im sure hahahaha

-new charms for my TS bracelet hahahaha mystical knot which symbolises great fortune and love LOLOLOL and also a tiara, FOR OBVIOUS REASONS.

-a snow white flikflak watch by swatch teehee vvvv happy with that buy. i've always wanted to ff watch but found it too exp so i never asked my parents but since im earning my own money, why not??

need to buy a new pair of oaks cause mine got donated to the every growing pile at the bottom of kallang river. havent told MM abt it cause i know he'll scold me. lets hope he doesnt notice it :x

also stepped out of my comfort zone and gymed with 'strangers' at an unfamiliar gym. dk what possessed me to ask them out man. hahahah but im glad i did and i added a bunch of new friends to my list :D

here's to hoping dec will be a good month :D let's end this year with a bang.
