Gym daze cause im always in a daze after gym
taken after wednesday's spinning class with jos omg nearly died. new instructor to replace jennifer who didnt come cause she was overseas hahahaha. different instructor, different style. no preference but rajeev sounds more stable hahaha girls tend to get overexcited lolol taken after freaking chest day (yesterday) and I ALMOST DIED. OMG immaaa weaklingggggggg ): ): ): my left shoulder/??? feels weird when doing heavy like i cant extend fully. ANYONE ELSE HAS THAT PROBLEM? HELP?????? so it was drop sets. 4 - 8 - 12 - 16 - 20 and the weights on the olympic bar / side was 15, 10, 5, 2.5, empty bar. you think v easy right. we so weak right. you try?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!!!!!!!!!! the sets were kinda done in succession so one whole set has 60reps? wtf when you reach the empty bar. it feels like a tonne -_- dont know how i managed to survive that. after that we moved onto other stuff and chopchop and done. lol.
