morning madness
no pictures today because i almost died from this morning's crazy exercise. it was 600 reps of both biceps and triceps and i swear i almost died. if you think 1.5/side is too damned light, wait till you do 300 reps of it AND THEN do another 200 reps of 2.5kg/side, followed by 100 reps of 4kg/side ): my arms almost fell off.
top that off with 100m off, 100m on, followed by 200off/on, 300off/on, 400off/on and 500off/on on the ergo ): that was 3k in total and after i finished the 200m, my ass was already aching. nvm haha 1.5 hours more to gym, i cannot wait.
