jos and i are so retarded haha this was taken after gym before rowing. and it takes us three tries before we can take a nice picture. seriously, whats up man hahahaha how are we so lousy. anyway, it's been small boat rowing / pair by pair recently and it IS really tiring and my top arm feels like its about to drop off anytime omg. need a very very good stretching and massage session man. this is getting serious hahahahah i feel so stiff. and it was a 45mins cardio session at the gym during lunch. in a bid to shed off some weight and see a decent number on the scale before weight taking for trials, im gna hole myself up in the gym during lunch everyday. hahaha very stupidly left my shoes and heels at kallang last night cause i thought i was gonna wake up for gym this morning with cheryl and jos but i overslept (due to setting of alarm on wrong day) and therefore couldnt collect my shoes LOL stupid right. anyway brought another pair of shoes BUT forgot to bring socks HAHAHAHAHAHAh shit. im sucha joke. it's 1.5 hours more to gym! cant wait.
