SORRY HANDS TREMBLING FROM TRIALS LANDYMEOWMEOW AND THE STANDARD POSE LOOK AT THEIR LEGS *DROOLS another trials over haha jos suffered the same fate as me. having trials on our bdays which means no cake no thing ): cause not allowed to eat pastry bleah!
anyways did pretty alright for a trial i wasnt prepared for. totally zero confidence for the 1st station: the 2km run BUT surprisingly i did alright hahaha one of the fastest runner in the team was in my detail. totally lost sight of them at the turning point. they suddenly picked up and BOOM~ disappeared. was pacing along to their footsteps. did pretty alright i guess since i wasn't confident and managed to even break my pb. now i can safely say i am a sub 9 :D cause i hit 856 hahahah previously was er. 859~ and 904? i think. and for a trng set before this trial, i did a 928 :( almost died running that set. plus my calves were acting up. i THINK/FEEL that taping helps cause i didnt feel strains on my calf while i was running yday. more of my loser thighs, no strength!!!! and i was not VVVVV out of breath. kept listening to the same song. hardwell saved my life. aiya music is just a mental thing i guess. the fastest runner in the team dont need music to run that fast. need to change, need to improve. but im contented w run (:
after the run then it's to my other hated stations haha funny how the other girls hate the run but i am secretly ok w it. anyways pull ups i deproved from my previous trial by 1. totally lost grip so i did 13? bleah~ truckloads to improve on. i can, will do it. just need to have a stronger grip!
situps 55 hehe trng w jos helped. and she shouted at me to do faster so i guess that helped too. she is currently the reigning sit up queen w 68 in a min under her belt. ok shall keep trng w her hehe to have explosive power to chionggggg~~ now my abs hurt from yday's situps wah damn weakkkk i tell you!
bench pull i had confidence cause i did it before during trng so i started with a 22.5 then 23.5 then 24. barely managed to hit the 23.5 so i didnt have the ballz to go heavier haha managed to hit for 24 so it's a vast improvement lah.
bench press: v reluctant to go heavier cause i know i kinda cannot do it. so it was 20, 21.5 and 22.5(X) so maintained as per previous trials. it's damn weird cause i can do much heavier in the gym. bleah not gna score points for this station ugh.
ergo haahha screwed up and didnt pull fast enough so i only have myself to blame hehe. legs ached like siao after the set. think i used too much tip toes instead of driving from the heel bleah~ nvm will keep practicing.
all in all it was a good trial! (: gained confidence in certain stations, know where i need to improve on. and so happy that running improved even with my shitty injured legs.
also it was the annoying one's birthday. haha i see her on a daily basis so much so that i do not have the right words to wish her here lol. anyways happy bday hehe it's hard to imagine youre only so young. here's to wishing we celebrate many more bdays together. really proud of you for being the reigning situp queen, train me to be the princess pls! happy halloween hehe no wonder you look like a ghost TEEHEE <3 you long time. wishing we'll always stay close. hope you had a blast. the present, card will come later. enjoy your lunch later HAHAHA i buy lah ok. <33333333333333333333333333
