anyway gym last night almost killed me ): my knee hurts. and im prolly gonna be so stiff cause i didnt stretch wtf ugh!
10 x 10 shoulder press (30lb dumbbells) alternate with arnold press (25lb dumbbells)
10x5 pull ups alternate with 10x10bicep curls with idk what weight plate zz
bench press 5x10 reps (10kg/side on olympic bar ---> 16.5/side for last set of 5 reps
squats 5x10 (10kg/side)
hahah what a weaklinggggggggggggggggg and i coulda gone heavier for squats but decided not to aggravate my L knee
